Privacy at SQLStyle.

This notice explains the information SQLStyle uses to provide accounts, hosted coordination, support, and billing.

Last updated July 25, 2026

Information we handle

  • Account information such as your name, email address, authentication record, and account identifier.
  • Subscription, entitlement, controller-count, and controller-state-write usage information needed for limits and billing.
  • Service metadata needed to coordinate databases, nodes, scoped API keys, and accepted recovery state.
  • Messages and technical details you send when asking for support or reporting a problem.

How the information is used

We use this information to create and secure accounts, coordinate the hosted service, enforce allowances, provide billing, diagnose failures, respond to support requests, and improve the service.

Database and storage data

Application database images remain on your nodes. Replication runs directly between nodes, and backup history is written to the S3-compatible storage you configure. SQLStyle stores non-secret storage profile metadata; your object-storage secret is supplied locally and is not uploaded to SQLStyle.

Browser storage and payments

The account page stores a refreshable authentication token in your browser's local storage so you can remain signed in. Payments are processed by Stripe; SQLStyle receives subscription and payment-status information but does not store full payment-card details.

Retention and choices

We retain account and service records while they are needed to provide the service, meet billing and security obligations, and resolve disputes. You can clear the browser token by logging out. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to records we must retain.
